It's great knowing a celebrity like you. I'm an irish girl married to an Italian and I cook all kinds of Italian favorites I use to watch my motherinlaw cook and I would say how many tablespoon, do you put in and she would reply a little of this, and a little bit of that. I watched and learned from her. My husband is in seventh heaven when I make his italain specialities. So glad to know you wishing you great "success"
